Sabia's Hand Improves on Each Street

Level 6 : 300/600, 600 ante

Action was picked up just after Matt Sabia called his opponent's preflop shove. With Sabia the big stack, the players tabled their hands.

Opponent: {k-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}
Matt Sabia: {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}

Sabia was already ahead, but moved farther in front on the {2-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{j-Spades} flop, as he hit top pair and picked up a flush draw. With his opponent already drawing thin, Sabia improved to trips on the {j-Clubs} turn. The {3-Hearts} river gave Sabia the flush for good measure, as he collected the pot and sent his opponent to the rail.
