David Funkhouser: {8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}/{3-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}/{j-Spades}

David Funkhouser defended his bring-in after his bet was completed by defending champion Brian Hastings from his short stack.

On fourth street with both picking up low cards, they raised each other until all of Hastings' chips were in the middle.

Funkhouser's sixes were in front of Hastings' deuces, and while Hastings picked up a low draw on sixth, he couldn't hit that or improve his high hand, ending his run in seventh place.

Shaun Deeb: {x-}{x-}/{4-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{5-Clubs}/{x-}

Brian Hastings completed for almost all of his chips and both Chad Eveslage and Shaun Deeb made the call.

Hastings bet his last 5,000 on fourth, Eveslage and Deeb both just called.

On fifth, Eveslage bet and Deeb made the call while Hastings watched on.

On sixth, both Eveslage and Deeb checked.

Eveslage also checked seventh, Deeb went for the bet. Deeb was a little surprised when Eveslage put in the check-raise. After thinking for a bit, Deeb called.

Eveslage showed the sixty-five perfect for the low and Hastings made a flush for the high to split it up.

Daniel Zack: {x-}{x-}/{4-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} - folded fifth street

David Funkhouser defended his bring-in from a completion by Brian Hastings and a call by Daniel Zack.

Hastings then bet fourth after action was checked to him and on fifth, with the betting lead, he put his last 60,000 chips in the middle.

Only Funkhouser called and after the boards were completed, Hastings survived with six-low against Funkhouser's trip deuces for the high hand.

Action picked up on fourth street with Daniel Zack betting and finding callers in both Chad Eveslage and Shaun Deeb.

Deeb paired his deuce on fifth and bet, both Zack and Eveslage made the call.

Zack and Eveslage both hit jacks on sixth, Deeb hit a seven and bet. Zack and Eveslage called again.

All players checked seventh.

"Eights up," announced Deeb, showing two pair.

"Beats me," said Zack, and Eveslage also mucked. Deeb scooped the three-way pot.

Chad Eveslage: {7-Hearts}{2-Hearts}/{2-Spades}{9-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{x-}/{x-}
Ziya Rahim: {x-}{x-}/{8-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{q-Hearts} - folded fifth street

Chad Eveslage defended his bring-in to a raise by Shaun Deeb and a call from Ziya Rahim.

On fourth street, Deeb bet and was called in both spots.

Deeb bet again on fifth street, prompting a fold from Rahim, but Eveslage came in with a raise, which would be for almost all of Deeb's stack.

"How do you do it to me guys," queried Deeb.

"I just have the 'Donkey Dan', a pair of fives," referring to his earlier hand with Daniel Zack.

Eveslage and Deeb then exchanged pleasantries, with Deeb saying "I like you, that's why I'm going to give you the rest of my chips."

Deeb then raised and Eveslage raised enough to get the last of Deeb's chips in the middle.

Eveslage then showed a third deuce in the hole, but Deeb turned over another five, for the slow-rolled better trips.

Deeb then quickly drilled another five for quads and the duo and the rest of the table laughed as Eveslage scooped up his cards and tossed them into the muck.

Shaun Deeb: {x-}{x-}/{3-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{2-Clubs}{8-Spades}/{x-}

Daniel Zack completed with his five showing and Shaun Deeb made the call.

Both players hit a king on fourth and Zack bet again, Deeb called.

Deeb found a deuce on fifth and bet, Zack check-called.

Deeb found an eight on sixth and bet, Zack check-called again.

On seventh, Zack led with a bet. Deeb thought for a bit and called.

"Fives," Zack said confidently.

Deeb looked at the boards, then looked at his hand again. "He gets it all," Deeb said, perplexed.

Chad Eveslage saw the look of confusion on Deeb's face. "He's like Mike in Rounders when KGB stacks him."

"I don't think I've ever watched a worse hand played," Deeb finally chirped. "What did you think was going to happen on the river?"

Evelsage chimed in, "I've never done anything that bad. I'd never bet fives there. You guys are like, Chad's so bad, Chad's so bad, I'd never do that."

"Did you misread your hand? Only thing that makes sense," said Deeb.

However they got there, Zack took down the pot with his monster.

Chad Eveslage: {x-}{x-}/{3-Hearts} - folded bring-in

David Funkhouser raised Chad Eveslage's bring-in and was called by Daniel Zack and Ziya Rahim. Eveslage folded.

On fourth street, two bets each went in from the remaining players, then on fifth, Funkhouser bet and was called in both spots.

On sixth street, after being dealt an ace, Rahim took over the betting lead, but he was then raised by Funkhouser. Again both players came along to see seventh street.

The action was finally checked through on seventh, with Funkhouser then showing two pair, kings and jacks for high, Rahim showed a pair of aces with a six-low to take the low half of the pot, and Zack frustratedly mucked his hand.
