Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Michael Holtz
Michael Holtz

Before the level change, John Riordan opened to 35,000 and Michael Holtz three-bet to 130,000. Riordan pushed forward a stack of 500,000 and Holtz called all in for his last 385,000.

Michael Holtz: {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{q-Spades}{3-Spades}
John Riordan: {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}{a-Clubs}{7-Hearts}

Holtz drilled the {q-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{4-Hearts} flop for a flush and the {4-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} runout was clean as Holtz doubled up.

Ghodosi Versus Weisman

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Dylan Weisman called from early position and Hossein Ghodosi called from middle position, with the small blind calling as well and the big blind checking their option.

The flop came out {3-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and action checked to Weisman who bet 20,000 which was only called by Ghodosi.

The turn of {q-Clubs} saw Weisman size up to 115,000 and Ghodosi called once more.

The river {3-Clubs} saw Weisman check and Ghodosi bet 175,000, sending Weisman into the tank. After some time he folded, ceding the pot to Ghodosi before asking him if he had hit a one outer, to which Ghodosi's response was a shrug.

Stefansky Clips Riordan With Trips

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Josh Stefansky
Josh Stefansky

There was about 200,000 on the {5-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{2-Spades}{5-Clubs}{10-Clubs} river when John Riordan bet 100,000 and Joshua Stefansky quickly called.

Riordan showed {k-}{k-}{a-}{x-} for a pair of kings, but Stefansky had it beat with {5-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} for trip fives.

The Day 1 chip leader dragged the pot and remains near the top of the leaderboard with just 38 players remaining.

Segers Doubles Through Stefansky

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Action was picked up on the flop, between Joshua Stefansky in the small blind and Kristof Segers in the big blind.

The flop read {a-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} and Segers was all-in for his remaining 335,000 and Stefansky had called him.

Kristof Segers: {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}
Joshua Stefansky: {7-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}

Segers needed to dodge a six and an eight to stay alive and the runout of {3-Clubs}{10-Clubs} gave it to him to stay alive and survive versus the start of day chip leader.
