Yunis Rides the Rollercoaster Down

Level 34 : 250,000/500,000, 0 ante

Stud 8 or Better

"Stud 8. This is going to be a big one. The rollercoaster game," Nick Yunis said as the game changed, and he would experience it first-hand.

Nick Yunis: {x-}{x-}/{q-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} - folded
Menikos Panagiotou: {x-}{x-}/{6-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}

Yunis completed and bet on fourth street, with Menikos Panagiotou calling both bets. Yunis bet again on fifth, only for Panagiotou to come back with a raise. Yunis quickly folded.

A few hands later, the two tangled in another big pot that would head in the Cypriot's direction.

Nick Yunis: {x-}{x-}/{j-Spades}{a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{9-Hearts} - folded
Menikos Panagiotou: {x-}{x-}/{8-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{5-Hearts}

Yunis again completed and bet on fourth. Panagiotou led out on fifth but put in too many chips and was forced to only make it the 500,000 limit.

"That good, huh," Yunis said as he called. Panagiotou bet again on sixth with four hearts showing.

"This is wild. What am I supposed to do with this board," Yunis said, showing an ace in the hole for two pair before mucking.
