There was a raise to 3,300 from under the gun, Chris Smith flat-called from middle position, and the button mistakenly put in 5,300 trying to call.
The ruling is that it was a raise and the original raiser called. Smith ripped it in for about 21,000 and only the button called.

Chris Smith:
It was great news for Smith on the flop as he made a set of jacks. The turn was a dangerous one though as the button picked up some boat outs.
The river, however, peeled off the last jack in the deck , to give Smith quads over kings full. With that pot, Smith moves back above his starting stack thanks to a little run good.
