Bohlman Rebuilds Through Bach

Level 25

Limit Omaha 8 or Better

After Scott Bohlman limped in the small blind, David Bach raised from the big blind.

Bohlman called to see a flop of {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}. He then led out into Bach, who called.

On the {10-Clubs} turn, the players each checked, leading to a river of the {3-Clubs}.

Again Bohlman led out, and after some time in the proverbial tank, Bach called.

Bohlman showed {k-Spades}{j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{6-Spades} for two pair, kings and tens, which was the winner as Bach mucked his cards.

After dropping into the danger zone, Bohlman is healthy again with a stack solidly over a million.

Paur Swings

Level 25

Stud

Taylor Paur: {x-}{x-}/{6-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{5-Spades}{9-Spades}/{x-}
Sampo Ryynanen: {x-}{x-}/{8-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{k-Spades}{9-Hearts}/{x-}

Ryynanen bet on third and fourth street, then both players check fifth street. Sixth and seventh street were the same scenario, but this time, Paur raised it. Ryyananen looked surprised but finally called, to see {7-Spades}{6-Spades}{3-Spades} for Taylor, who made a flush. It was the winning hand.

Action is pretty wild on both tables, Taylor Paur was up to 1,900,000, but lost a pot to Phil Long just after, to be back in the average.

Seven Card Stud

Taylor Paur: {x-}{x-}{x-}/{a-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{a-Hearts}{a-Clubs}
Michael Chow: {x-}{x-}{x-}/{10-Spades}{4-Spades}{k-Spades}{2-Clubs}

Picking action up on fourth street, showing ace-high on board, Taylor Paur check-called a bet from Michael Chow.

On fifth street, Paur paired his ace, but checked, with his opponent now showing a three-flush on board. Chow then bet and Paur called.

Paur picked up a third ace on sixth street and this time led into Chow, who made the call.

On seventh, Paur slowed down with a check, which brought a quick bet from Chow.

Paur then check-raised, leaving himself with a single T-5,000 chip behind.

Chow frustratedly mucked his hand, sending the huge pot across the table.

No-Limit Hold'em

Michael Chow raised to 60,000 on the button and Mike Gorodinsky moved all in blind for his last 76,000. Chow called.

Mike Gorodinsky: {x-}{x-}
Michael Chow: {j-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}

On the flop of {4-Spades}{7-Clubs}{6-Clubs}, Gorodinsky squeezed his cards and said he had paint. By the turn {5-Clubs} however, it wouldn't matter, as Chow made a straight, while Gorodinsky then showed {q-Spades}{j-Hearts} and was drawing dead before the dealer dropped the {10-Spades} on the river.

Warwick Mirzikinian: {x-}{x-}/{2-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{a-Spades}/{x-}

Phil Long was all-in for his last 95,000 on fifth street. Guangenti raised and Mirzikinian called. Both players check the sixth and seventh street.

Long Now Short Again Thanks to Mirzikinian

Level 24

Seven Card Stud 8 or Better

Warwick Mirzikinian: {8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}/{8-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{4-Clubs}
Phil Long: {x-}{x-}{x-}/{6-Clubs}{7-Spades}{4-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}

Picking action up on fourth street, Warwick Mirzikinian check-called bets from Phil Long on fourth and fifth streets, then after action was checked through on sixth with Mirzikinian pairing his door card, the players checked once more on seventh.

Mirzikinian showed two pair, eights and sevens along with an eight-seven low, which was good on both sides of the pot to scoop and put Long back on a short stack.
