Susan Kane Splits Big Pot on River

Level 6 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

A five-way pot saw a flop of {10-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{4-Spades} and the action checked through four players to the button who then bet. Susan Kane in the small blind called along with the big blind and an early position player.

It was then raised from the hijack, which the others called, except for the early position player who folded.

The four remaining players saw a turn {6-Clubs} and it was checked around to the button who then bet again. Kane and the big blind called but were raised once again by the hijack. This raise produced zero folds as all the players went to a river.

The {8-Diamonds} on the river prompted a lead from Kane, this bet was called by the big blind, but surprisingly got the hijack to fold, sending the button into the tank. After several moments of deliberation, he finally called but was shown {a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{4-Clubs} from Kane for a rivered nut flush and the big blind showed {j-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{2-} to win the low.
