Four-Way Pot for Kaplan

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

No-Limit Holdem

Jordan Kaplan opened to 30,000 and picked up calls from Manuel Labous on the button and Robert Topham and Dan Matsuzuki in the blinds.

The flop fanned {3-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{2-Clubs} and it checked to Labous who bet 40,000. Only Matsuzuki and Kaplan called.

The three players checked on the {10-Hearts} turn and {6-Hearts} river and Matsuzuki showed {7-Clubs}{7-Hearts}. Koplan tabled {k-Spades}{5-Spades} for top pair and the winning hand while Labous mucked his cards.

Andreassen Knocks Out Davies in Rollercoaster

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Action was picked up as Davies made the call to put himself at risk after Vegard Andreassen had moved all in.

Scott Davies: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{q-Clubs}
Vegard Andreassen: {k-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}

Davies was ahead with his aces, but Andreassen quickly pulled ahead when the {k-Spades}{10-Spades}{8-Diamonds} flop gave him top set. Davis pulled back into the lead as the {9-Clubs} turn gave him a queen-high straight. Then, the {9-Spades} hit the table on the river, filling up Andreassen's boat, and eliminating Davies from the tournament.

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Meyers Leaves Kaimakamis with Crumbs

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Christopher Meyers opened under the gun and called a raise from Vangelis Kaimakamis in the cutoff. The flop gave {8-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{10-Hearts} and Meyers check-called all in for less than 200,000 after Kaimakamis potted for the following showdown:

Christopher Meyers: {q-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{4-Spades}
Vangelis Kaimakamis: {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{7-Diamonds}

Meyers had hit a set and improved his hand into a full house when the rest of the board brought {k-Hearts}{7-Hearts} to double up his stack while Kaimakamis was left with four big blinds.

Bronstein Scores Big Double

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Action was joined on the turn with 105,000 or so already in the middle and a board reading {10-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{6-Spades}{9-Spades}. Noah Bronstein, the big blind, led out for 75,000. Zachary Grech raised to 275,000 from the hijack. Bronstein moved all in for around 350,000 total, and Grech snap called.

Noah Bronstein: {j-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}
Zachary Grech: {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{9-Clubs}

Bronstein had the best of it with a queen-high straight. The {2-Spades} on the river was a brick, locking up the pot for himself.

Spiwak Chips Down

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

The board {q-Spades}{a-Hearts}{8-Spades}{5-Hearts} was already dealt in a heads-up pot when Samueel Spiwak checked in the big blind to Vegard Andreassen who announced pot for 155,000. Spiwak went deep into the tank and eventually called, with 150,000 chips left behind.

The {3-Clubs} hit the river and Spiwak checked. Andreassen potted again and Spiwak though about the call for some time before releasing his cards into the muck.
