Mermelstein Knocks Out Nunley

Level 30 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

William Nunley raised to 400,000 and Aaron Mermelstein called from the big blind. The flop was [8j10d5s].

Mermelstein checked the flop and called when Nunley bet 550,000. The turn was {q-Clubs}.

Mermelstein check-raised to 4,800,000 when Nunley bet 1,100,000. Nunley called with less and was at risk. Mermelstein turned over {q-Spades}{10-Spades} for tens full of queens, while Nunley had {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}.

The river was a {4-Spades} and the full house knocked Nunley out of the Main Event.

Levy Shoves on Cervantes; Lococo, Rebei Spark a Rivalry

Level 30 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Rudy Cervantes raised to 400,000 from early position as action folded around to Tzur Levy who defended his big blind.

The flop came {j-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{6-Spades} and Levy checked to Cervantes, who bet 800,000. Levy called as the {2-Clubs} fell on the turn.

Both players checked to the {q-Diamonds} river when Cervantes bet 1,075,000. Levy then announced he was all in and Cervantes, with around 4,500,000 remaining, gave it some thought before folding.

Alejandro Lococo was moved to the table right before the hand, seated in between Andy Taylor and Karim Rebei. He complained that Rebei's chips were spilling over into his space and called the floor over.

As the hand was progressing, Lococo took issue with some comments from Rebei's supporters and the floor was called again to issue a warning to the rail.

Ong Gets Some Chips Back

Level 30 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Joining the action on the {5-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{2-Clubs} flop, Dingxiang Ong bet 300,000 in the big blind and was called by Matthew Su in the cutoff. The {a-Clubs} fell on the turn and both players checked, which led to the {7-Hearts} on the river. Ong now bet 500,000 and Su folded.

Su then claimed the blinds and big blind ante in the final hand with a raise as he got some chips back.

Bhojani Takes From Wilson

Level 30 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Imran Bhojani opened to 425,000 in the hijack and Austin Wilson three-bet to 1,200,000 in the small blind. Action folded back to Bhojani who called.

The dealer fanned the {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{4-Spades} flop, Wilson bet 800,000, and Bhojani called after some deliberation.

The {a-Diamonds} fell on the turn, Wilson checked, and Bhojani bet 900,000 after a minute, causing Wilson to send his cards into the muck.

"Banana Run-Good" Double for Setna

Level 30 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Jimmy Setna
Jimmy Setna

Jimmy Setna had started eating a banana around three minutes ago while he was railed by multiple friends. He then got it in for 3,850,000 on the button and was looked up by Adam Demersseman in the small blind, who invested nearly half of his remaining stack.

Jimmy Setna: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}
Adam Demersseman: {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts}

"Ace jack of clubs versus king queen of hearts," Setna said to his rail and then took another bite of his banana. The rail went somewhat silent after they spotted the {9-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{4-Hearts} flop, which gave Demersseman a flush draw. On top of that came a gutshot on the {j-Spades} turn but the {7-Spades} river ensured the double-up of Setna.

He jumped to his rail to celebrate and one of the guys stated the obvious: "Banana run-good."

Level 30 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Antoine Labat

With around 3,000,000 in the pot and the board reading {j-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{10-Spades}, Antoine Labat and Tom Kunze were heads-up in the pot. Labat checked to Kunze who bet 1,400,000 which sent Labat into the tank.

After nearly four minutes, Labat finally called and the {8-Hearts} completed the board. Labat thought for another minute before shoving all in for around 2,700,000. Kunze rolled his eyes and then instantly mucked his cards.

"I've never tanked that long on the turn before," Labat pointed out after the hand.
