The river came the 7 giving Scully a straight and scooping him the pot.

Haas Picks Off Zektser; Varnado Takes Out Tryba

Heads-up on a board of 510109K and with several bets already in the middle, Chris Vitch was facing another bet from Jordan Spurlin in the big blind.

Vitch tanked for a moment before he called, committing most of the rest of his stack. Spurlin turned over A10J4 for trip tens, but Vitch had JQA10 for a straight to take the pot.

Sterling Savill was already all in as Charles Witherspoon and Israel Garcia built a side pot on a board of KJ7K.

Witherspoon, in the small blind, bet his last chips and Garcia called, having both players covered. Witherspoon had AA22 and was poised to scoop the entire pot until the 9 on the river improved Savill, holding A6Q5, to a flush.

Savill tripled up, while Witherspoon won the side pot off Garcia.
