Johnson Sends Berg to the Rail

Level 21 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Action folded to Poker Hall of Fame member Linda Johnson in late position who came in for a raise. Only Lawrence Berg in the cutoff came along and the two saw a flop of 9105.

Johnson checked to Berg who quickly tossed in a bet that was called by Johnson, prompting the dealer to burn and turn the 8.

Johnson checked again to Berg who opted on another bet but this time, Johnson came back with a check-raise. Berg, acting quickly and decisively throughout the hand, tossed in the call to see the 10 river card.

Johnson eyed Berg's stack before she grabbed chips and tossed out a bet that would commit Berg's final chips.

Berg quickly called and watched as Johnson rolled over the AQJ9, good for the nut straight, prompting Berg to toss his cards toward the muck and exit the tournament area.

Level 21 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Action folded to Kyle Burnside in the small blind who came in for a raise before seeing Chad Campbell stick in a three-bet from the big blind.

Burnside called and the two were off to a flop of 839. Burnside led with a bet that was met with a quick call from Campbell before the dealer burned and turned the 9.

Burnside led again with a bet and was again called by Campbell to see the K river come out.

Burnside opted for a check but called a bet put out by Campbell. Campbell turned over the AA98 which was enough to force Burnside to send his cards into the muck as Campbell collected the pot.

Bojang Drills the River to Double

Level 22 : Blinds 8,000/15,000, 0 ante

Ismael Bojang got the rest of his chips in the middle on a board of Q102J and was up against Zengyong Lin.

Bojang had KJA8, but Lin had a straight holding AK34. The river, though, brought the 6 and Bojang made a flush to double up.

"Wow," he said as he collected the pot.

"How does it come all high cards? They had them all in their hands," a tablemate added.

"It pays to be on time after dinner," Bojang replied.
