Danny Tang opened from under the gun before Serhii Popovych three-bet out of the big blind. Tang responded with a four-bet, which Popovych called.
Both players patted and checked through the first two draws to the final draw at which point they again declined to draw. Popovych had had enough of checking at that stage, tossing out a bet which Tang, not appearing too happy with the situation, called. Tang mucked after Popovych tabled 7♠5♥2♣A♦ to leave him with just over one big bet and needing a good run of cards fast to mount a comeback.
