David Baker's Double Bust Out

Level 24 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 0 ante
David -ODB- Baker
David -ODB- Baker

David "ODB" Baker had Christopher Kostoulas and Joel Tushnet all in on the same hand.

After patting throughout, Kostoulas sensed he was behind and drew three on the final pull. Amazingly, he found a badugi with 1064A but couldn't beat Tushnet's 932A.

Unfortunately for Tushnet, ODB flipped over the perfect 432A to knock both players out.

Baker Loses Some

Level 23 : Blinds 8,000/15,000, 0 ante

Joel Tushnet opened in middle position and was called by David "ODB" Baker in the big blind.

Baker took two while Tushnet drew one on the first draw with Baker then check-calling a bet from his opponent.

The same drawing pattern took place on the second draw and, as on the first draw, Baker checked. Tushnet bet once more, convincing Baker to release his hand.

Elsewhere, Junhyoung Ki was seen exiting the tournament area.

Wolff Shows his Teeth

Level 23 : Blinds 8,000/15,000, 0 ante

George Wolff in the small blind took one card. Adam Owen, in the hijack, stood pat.

Wolff checked, Owen bet, Wolff raised and Owen called. Both players patted. Wolff bet again and got another call.

After patting once more, Wolff bet a final time, committing the last of his chips to the pot. Owen called. Wolff showed 7432 which was enough to take the hand — and provided him with a timely double-up.

Toh Loses More

Level 23 : Blinds 8,000/15,000, 0 ante

William Toh came into the day as the biggest stack and rode that wave of momentum for much of today as well. Since the dinner break, however, he has struggled to win pots, sending his chip stack sliding down the counts.

Serhii Popovych opened from the cutoff and was called by William Toh in the big blind. Toh took one to Popovych's two on the first draw before check-calling a bet.

The second draw saw both players opt to take one card and then check to the third draw where they both took one once again. Action then went check-check with Popovych showing a three card 876, besting the three card 98A of Toh.

O'Neill Adds To His Stack

Level 23 : Blinds 8,000/15,000, 0 ante

Jack O'Neill drew one card on his first pull. Christopher Kostoulas took two. The action went bet, call. They took one and two cards respectively on the second draw and both checked.

After another round of drawing one and two, O'Neill bet once more and Kostoulas folded.
