Carrillo Finds a Double

Level 30

No-Limit Hold'em

Action folded to Craig Carrillo in the small blind who moved all in for 825,000. John Bunch called in the big blind to put him at risk.

Craig Carrillo: 1010
John Bunch: 66

The 1093 flop gave Carrillo top set, and Bunch was already drawing dead on the K turn. The river was the 2 and Carrillo doubled.

The board came J763Q bringing no help to Dourado and sending more health to Stann, who was under a single bet bet not long ago.

Denis Bilodeau
Denis Bilodeau

2-7 Triple Draw

Craig Carrillo raised in the cutoff and Denis Bilodeau and Daniel Strelitz called in the blinds.

All three players took two and Bilodeau led out with a bet. Strelitz raised and both opponents called.

Strelitz stood pat while Carrillo and Bilodeau took one. Strelitz bet, Carrillo called, and Bilodeau called all in.

Strelitz again stood pat and bet, while Carrillo called after also standing pat. "Wheel," Strelitz announced, turning over 7x5x4x3x2x. Bilodeau had an 8-6 and Carrillo 8-7 as Strelitz raked in the massive pot to send Bilodeau to the payout desk.

Big Round of Deuce for Deeb

Level 30

Limit 2-7 Triple Draw

Shaun Deeb has won a pair of big Triple Draw hands to take over the chip lead.

First, on the final draw against Aloisio Dourado, with each drawing one, he made a ninety-seven versus Dourado's ten-eight.

He then drilled number three 7x6x5x3x2x on the third draw, taking one versus Dave Stann, who also drew one to win another big pot and leave Stann on fumes.

Bilodeau Makes a Wheel

Level 30

Stud Hi-Lo

Denis Bilodeau, with the 2 showing, got his last chips in the middle against John Bunch showing 8.

Bilodeau finished with 3524AJ to beat Bunch's A4426J. "Wheel," Bilodeau turned around and said to his rail, including Norman Chad.

"Off me. Couldn't have gone to a better person," Bunch added.

Another Pot Could Prove Costly For Strelitz

Level 29

Stud Hi-Lo

Daniel Strelitz: XxXx/4A1010
Denis Bilodeau: XxXx/28J2 - folded

Daniel Strelitz bet on fourth and fifth streets as Denis Bilodeau, who has donned a hockey jersey for the final two tables, called to sixth.

Strelitz bet again and Bilodeau ran his hand over his face before mucking.

"Daniel, show him one," Craig Chait yelled from the rail.

"Six-low draw," Strelitz said, revealing his cards to Bilodeau.

"Thank you, Daniel. He's your neighbor, literally," Chait added as Strelitz took the pot off his city councilman back in California. "Denis, tell him if he beats you in another pot his taxes are going up."

Deeb Puts Stann on the Short Stack

Level 29

Stud 8 or Better

Shaun Deeb: A63/24810
Dave Stann: XxXxXx/6Q63

Dave Stann completed Shaun Deeb's bring-in but was then met with a raise to two bets from Deeb. Stann called that bet, then check-called all the way to seventh street, and then a final bet on the end as well.

Deeb showed his nut flush and six low, leaving Stann in disbelief, claiming he had a set and four clubs that should have blocked Deeb's flush.

Regardless, his cards went into the muck and a large pot was pushed to Deeb.

Fortunately for Stann, he was able to regain some chips shortly after in a Triple Draw hand with David "Bakes" Baker, when he made an eighty-six against Baker's missed draw to a seven.
