The small blind checked on the Q9A flop and the big blind bet 14,500. Kay raised enough to put his opponent all in and the big blind made the call.

Konnikova Flops the World

In another hand told by the table, a late position player limped and the small blind called. Maria Konnikova checked her option from the big blind, holding 6x7x and saw a flop of 6x6x7x. Both blinds checked, late position bet 5,000 and got two calls. Late position bet another 10,000 on a Kx turn and it folded to Konnikova who raised to 25,000. Her opponent went all in and Konnikova called.

The cutoff raised to 7,000 and Armah David called from the small blind. The big blind followed suit and the flop came 9AQ. Both blinds checked and the cutoff bet 10,000. David called and the big blind folded.

The turn saw the 10 and David went all in for 56,000. The cutoff called for less.
