Asher Conniff Eliminated in 16th Place ($30,429)
Level 27
: Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Action folded to Akash Seth on the button who shoved for 1,200,000. The small blind folded and Asher Conniff snap-called for less from the big blind, putting himself at risk and sending the two players to a runout.
Asher Conniff: K♦K♣
Akash Seth: A♣8♣
Conniff was in a dominant position to double up, but the 7♣A♦10♠ changed that and left Conniff looking for help.
Neither the turn nor river provided any, though, and Conniff headed to the rail in 16th place for $30,429.
