Roberts Check-Calls Every Street to Scoop the Pot

The early position player bet for 12,000 as the cutoff raised to 36,000. Christian Roberts from the small blind raised to 66,000 as the cutoff raised to 105,000. Roberts made the call to head to the flop.

The flop came K♦7♣J♥ as Roberts was quick to check. His opponent bet 44,000 and Roberts made the call.

With the 3♥ on the turn, Roberts again checked to his opponent. They led out for 60,000 as Roberts found the call.

The river peeled the K♣ as Roberts once again checked. His opponent raised to 115,000 with Roberts immediately putting them all-in for 8,000 more. His opponent folded as Roberts took down the pot.

Boris Berthomet on the cutoff seemed interested, but folded. However, when the action came to John Templeton in the big blind who called. Theologis also called with his remaining chip.

Action was caught after the flop of A♣8♦6♥, as the big blind was quick to check. Daniel Negreanu led out for 8,000 from the button, with his opponent having made the call.

The turn was the 4♦ as the big blind again opted to check. Negreanu fired for 25,000 as his opponent jammed all in. Negreanu pulled out the vlog camera as he made the call and both players revealed their hands.

Action was picked up after the flop of 3♠J♠6♥, with the early position player having been all-in before the flop. After a quick check from the small blind, the middle position led out for 20,000. Kou Vang on the button raised to 100,000 as the big blind called all in for 64,000. The middle position shoved all in for 120,000 and received a call from Vang.

Barry Hutter raised in early position and called a three-bet from Ankit Ahuja on the button.

The flop revealed Q♠3♣5♠ and Hutter checked to Ahuja who continued for 18,000. After a minute, Hutter called. The same action happened on the 8♣ turn, this time for 22,500.

The Q♦ paired the board on the river and after some thinking, Hutter moved a pile of 5,000-chip in front of him, putting Ahuja at risk for his last 49,500. The latter snap-called and tabled nothing else than Q♥Q♣ for quads.

Hutter showed A♥A♠ and conceded the double up to his opponent.
