Lulov Takes Almost All Jones Chips

Level 26 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Before the blinds went up, Cody Jones opened to 120,000 from under the gun, then was raised to 330,000 by Brandon Lulov in the cutoff. Action back to him, Jones moved all in and Lulov called.

Brandon Lulov: AA
Cody Jones: QQ

Lulov had a slightly smaller stack than Jones, but a much better hand. So on J3565, he doubled up to 3,600,000 chips.

Down to half a million chips, Jones folded his blinds, and had only 350,000 chips remaining when he pushed all his stack in the middle on the button. In the big blind, Lulov knew he had no choice but to call.

Cody Jones: K4
Brandon Lulov: J8

The suspense didn't last long as Jones hit a king on the flop on 10AK26. Thanks to this double up, Jones is back to 900,000 chips.
