"Kids These Days, They're Just Too Good!"

Level 20 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Asher Conniff

Action folded around to James Lim on the button who raised to 36,000. Asher Conniff checked his cards and announced all in from the small blind for 417,000 total.

The big blind folded and with action back on Lim, he asked for an exact count.

While the dealer broke down Conniff's stack, Lim and Conniff had a short conversation about his stack height before Lim said, "You just have sevens, huh?"

Conniff responded quickly by saying, "The kids these days, man. They're just too good!" insinuating that Lim had dead-called his hand.

Lim responded by saying, "Well, now i think you're just trying to tilt me into a call," before sliding his hand into the muck.

Conniff instantly slammed the 77 into the middle of the table and said again, "I'm tellin' ya, man. These kids these days, they're just too good! And just so everyone knows, if you call out my exact hand and fold, I will always show it!"
