Action folded to Kyle Chang in the small blind who raised all but one 5,000 chip into the big blind for 690,000. Ivan Millian in the big blind paused briefly before jamming for just over 700,000 and Chang committed his last 5,000 to take both players to a runout with Chang at risk.
