Nunez Takes A Four-Bet Pot
Level 1
: Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
The under the gun player opened to 600 and was called by the small blind. But in the big blind, Javier Nunez three-bet to 2,200. The initial opener didn't just call but four-bet to 7,100. The small blind folded, and Nunez called.
The dealer fanned a flop of K♦5♥6♣, where the player under the gun made a continuation bet of 6,000. Nunez check-called and checked again on the turn 9♥. His opponent checked back, to see the river 9♦.
On this second nine, Nunez bet 16,000. But the player under the gun quickly folded, yielding the pot to Nunez.
