Johnson Defends the Blind
Level 3
: Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
The player in the cutoff raised to 1,000 and Charles Johnson in the big blind called. The flop came out 5♠3♥9♦ and the cutoff placed his bet of 800 and Johnson made the call after he checked.
The cutoff kept up the aggression on the turn Q♣ and Johnson was still sticking around.
On the river 10♦, the cutoff bet 10,500 and again Johnson called. The cutoff showed A♦Q♦ for top pair and Johnson tabled 10♥9♥ for two pair.
