Gagnon Finds Value with Top Pair
Level 6
: Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
Samuel Gagnon raised it up from middle position and was called by Brandt Atkins on his left along with the big blind. The flop fell J♦10♦6♠ and Gagnon continued with a bet of 2,000. Atkins raised to 4,600 which got the big blind out but Gagnon still called.
The turn was the 8♥ and both players checked to the 4♣ on the river. Gagnon put together a bet of 17,000 on the river and Atkins flicked in a chip to call. Gagnon rolled over A♠J♠ for top pair and Atkins mucked his cards.
