Trips For Moure
Level 9
: Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
2020 WSOP Main Event champion Damian Salas opened to 3,500 from the middle position and received a call from Jason Wandling in the hijack, the button and Jose Moure in the small blind.
The dealer revealed a flop of A♠Q♣A♦. Moure and Salas checked, and Wandling took this opportunity to bet 3,500. Moure was the only one to call.
On the turn 8♦, Moure checked, and Wandling checked back. The same action occurred on the river K♥, even though Wandling was tempted to bet.
The first player to show his cards, Moure, flipped A♥J♠. Seeing that, Wandling mucked his cards but said to his neighbor "he had two pairs".
