Boatman Cracks Kings For a Double
Level 12
: Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Three-handed on a board of 5♦J♠2♦8♣, Barny Boatman bet 27,000 from middle position and was called by the cutoff, while another player in early position folded.
The river came the 5♣ and Boatman moved all in for 59,000. His opponent took a few seconds before putting in two green 25,000 chips to signify a call.
Boatman turned over 2♥2♠ for the flopped set and his opponent flashed K♠K♦ before mucking.
Elsewhere, Martin Zamani was just eliminated as his table then prepared to head off to the Horseshoe section.
