Andrew Neeme had jammed all in from the big blind on a completed board of 3♠3♥2♥6♥8♣, with around 65,000 chips already in the middle. The bet totaled 49,500 and Pierpaola Lamanna made the call from under the gun.
Neeme showed Q♥9♥ for the flush and Lamanna mucked his cards.
Meanwhile, Chris Hunichen and Jesse Lonis have returned from their trip to the featured tables.
Mack Mclaughlin limped the hijack before the cutoff raised to 7,500. Goichi Kawasaki was in the big blind and jammed for 19,500, forcing Mclaughlin out and Kawasaki snap-called.
Goichi Kawasaki: 10♠10♦
Cutoff: A♠K♣
It was a classic coin flip and the board ran out J♠4♦2♠Q♣Q♠ for Kawasaki's tens to hold.
A player in the hijack opened to 4,500 and only Melissa Schubert made the call in the big blind.
The flop fanned out A♠8♣6♥ and Schubert check-called a bet of 5,000 from her opponent. The 2♠ hit the turn and both players checked their options to the A♥ river, where again the action went check-check.
Schubert announced "eight" and rolled over 8♠7♠ for a pair of eights to scoop the pot when her opponent mucked.
Picking up the action on the flop, Anatolii Zyrin on the button was involved in a hand with a player in late position. With the board reading 8♦7♣6♥, the late position player checked and then called after Zyrin fired off 8,000.
Both players checked through the 9♣ turn to the 2♦ river at which point the late position player pushed 9,000 into the middle. That sent Zyrin into the tank as he contemplated his options. He emerged having decided on a call but mucked once his opponent turned over A♦5♥ for the straight.
George Zinaty moved all in on the button for 52,500 and Dwayne Allen quickly called from under the gun. Another player in the hijack then reshoved for 132,000.
Allen asked for Zinaty's original bet to be pulled into the pot as he began tanking. He cut out the chips to call the shove but eventually folded A♣K♠ after several minutes.
George Zinaty: A♠K♣
Opponent: A♥K♠
All three players ended up with the same hand, and Zinaty ended up surviving with a chop as the board ran out 5♦10♣8♣3♠5♣.
Marco Guibert raised from early position to 4,000. The player in the big blind defended.
On a flop of 7♦7♠6♥, the big blind check-called a bet of 2,500 from Guibert.
The 7♥ turn checked through to the 8♦ on the river. The big blind checked once more and Guibert put out a bet of 16,000, nearly the size of the pot.
Guibert's opponent thought for some time before finally making the call. Guibert tabled 8♠8♣ for a rivered full house earning him the pot.
All of the chips went in the middle before the flop and Jackson White was at risk for his last 42,500.
Jackson White: A♥Q♥
Opponent: Q♣Q♦
White was in rough shape but the A♦K♦4♠ flop left his opponent drawing slim. The 5♦ turn and 6♥ river sealed the double up and White raked in the pot.
