John Ripnick moved all in the first hand back from dinner break but received no callers.

The next hand, Ripnick raised to 60,000 in the hijack before Nenad Dukic three-bet to 165,000 in the cutoff. Ripnick moved all in for 600,000 and Dukic snap-called.

John Ripnick: AA All in
Nenad Dukic: QQ

Ripnick had woken up with aces and was a big favorite to double up, but the flop brought Q8J to give Dukic top set.

The rest of the board came 54 and the dealer checked to see if Dukic had Ripnick covered.

"He has the whole tournament covered," tablemate Noah Bronstein said as Ripnick was sent off in 20th place.

Level 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Michael Capener
Michael Capener

Michael Capener had just lost some of his chips in a pot versus Nenad Dukic. He folded to Dukic’s river shove, leaving himself with 400,000 to start his final hand.

Action folded to him and he raised to 75,000 from the cutoff. The button and small blind folded. David Coleman in the big blind took a look at Capener’s stack and then put him all in. Capener called.

Michael Capener: AAAll in
David Coleman: 88

The flop was 4105. Capener still looked good for a double-up. However, the turn was the fatal 8 giving Coleman a set and Capener just two outs for surviving.

The river was the J and Capener was sent to the rail.

Christina Gollins

On her final hand, Christina Gollins open-raised to 100,000 from the button. Aram Zobian defended his big blind.

The flop was 836. Zobian checked, Gollins bet small, 55,000. Zobian then raised to 160,000, after which Gollins fairly quickly pushed all in for around 800,000 total. Zobian snap-called.

Aram Zobian: 86

Zobian was way ahead with top two pair, as Gollins would need running cards to make a better hand. The turn A already had her drawing dead, the inconsequential river was the 5.

Level 24 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Chris Hunichen
Chris Hunichen

On his last hand, Chris Hunichen found himself all in three ways with his short stack of six big blinds.

The action started with David Coleman raising to 125,000 on the button. Terry Fleischer called in the small blind. Hunichen stood up to look at stacks of other players left in the tournament and then went all in.

Coleman thought for a second and raised it to 455,000. This did not deter Fleischer, who called. Three players went to the flop with around 920,000 in the main pot and around 300,000 in the side.

The flop was K103. Fleischer was the first to act and led out for 500,000. Coleman announced he was folding. Fleischer and Hunichen could now flip over their cards.

Fleischer was ahead with middle pair, but Hunichen could still hit an ace or a queen to triple up.

However, it was not meant to be, as the 4 turn and 5 river sealed his fate.
