Champlin had run into Tasyurek's kings and the 10♣5♥K♠ flop gave Tasyurek top set to leave Champlin needing a miracle to stay alive.
The board ran out 10♦J♣ and Tasyurek improved to a full house to send Champlin to the rail.

Rast hit top pair on the A♣3♦5♦ flop, but he had to dodge the river as the turn came the 6♣ to give Yin a flush draw. The river was the 5♠ and Rast held up to earn a double up.
"Had to give you a little sweat. It's only the World Series of Poker," the dealer said to Rast.
"Seems fair. Seems reasonable," Rast replied.
Terry Fleischer raised to 75,000 and Asher Conniff three-bet to 185,000, Fleischer called.
The flop came down 8♠Q♦J♣ which Fleischer checked, Conniff bet 105,000, and Fleisher shoved for around 1,400,000. Conniff quickly folded.
Chris Hunichen raised to 60,000 in the cutoff, Nenad Dukic three-bet to 260,000 in the small blind, and Hunichen called.
The flop came J♠8♦5♦ and Dukic bet 200,000. Hunichen again called.
Both players checked the 8♠ turn and Dukic also checked the 4♦ river. Hunichen then bet 575,000.
Dukic tanked for nearly a minute before folding. "Can't do anything against the OGs," he told Hunichen.

On the 8♥8♠4♦ flop, both players checked to see the 8♦ fall on the turn. Lehr led for 175,000, and Yin called.
The 6♠ hit the river and Lehr prepared another bet, this time for an amount of 225,000, and Yin quickly called.
Lehr tabled 6♦6♥ for a full house, but Yin flipped over 10♠10♣ for a bigger boat to scoop the pot.
John Ripnick moved all in the first hand back from dinner break but received no callers.
The next hand, Ripnick raised to 60,000 in the hijack before Nenad Dukic three-bet to 165,000 in the cutoff. Ripnick moved all in for 600,000 and Dukic snap-called.

Ripnick had woken up with aces and was a big favorite to double up, but the flop brought Q♠8♦J♥ to give Dukic top set.
The rest of the board came 5♦4♠ and the dealer checked to see if Dukic had Ripnick covered.
"He has the whole tournament covered," tablemate Noah Bronstein said as Ripnick was sent off in 20th place.
