Campbell Works In A Check Raise

Level 6 : Limits 600/1,200, 0 ante

Robert Campbell raised in the small blind and the big blind called.

On the first draw, Campbell pitched two cards while his opponent drew one. Campbell checked to his opponent who bet and he called.

Campbell drew one on the second draw and his opponent did the same, prompting Campbell to check, his opponent to bet, and Campbell raised, getting a quick call.

The third draw saw Campbell stay pat and he bet, eliciting a fold from his opponent and he took down the pot.

Action was picked up on the first draw with four bets in the middle from three players.

Kathy Brandt took one, Santtu Leinonen stood pat, and "Crazy Mike" Thorpe took two on the button. Leinonen bet and both players called.

On the second draw, Brandt took one again, Leinonen pat, and Crazy Mike drew one. Leinonen bet again and only Brandt called.

On the final draw, Brandt took one and Leinonen stayed pat. Brandt checked-raised when Leinonen bet and he quickly called.

Brandt showed 832A for a bluff and Leinonen revealed a queen-ten badugi to scoop the pot.
