Bach Stuns Monnette With a Buried Ace
Level 17
Seven Card Stud
David Bach: XxXx/4♥K♠3♥A♦/Xx
John Monnette: XxXx/9♠7♣8♠J♥/Xx
John Monnette bet on fifth street and David Bach called.
Monnette bet again on sixth and Bach stuck around to see seventh, where Monnette put out another bet. Bach called.
"Aces up," Monnette said, turning over A♣A♠7♦ for aces and sevens. Bach, though, showed K♦A♥10♠ for aces and kings.
"What the f**k was that," Monnette said in frustration as he tossed his cards away.
