Davis check-called a bet of 4,600 from the button.

The river fell 7 and Davis checked again. The button player unloaded a bet of 8,500 and Davis went into the tank before eventually calling.

The button showed Q9 for a missed straight draw and Davis showed AJ for two pair.

Popovych Takes Down Pot

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Action picked up on the turn with Serhii Popovych involved in a hand on a board showing 227Q and a pot of more than 15,000.

Popoyvch, who was in the big blind, led out with a 5,500 bet into his opponent, who was under the gun. The opponent took a moment to study the board before making the call.

The dealer placed A on the river. Popovych sat still for a few seconds before reaching into his stack and counting out chips. He then made a small 2,600 bet, which produced a quick fold from his opponent.

The dealer then pushed a 26,000 pot to Popovych.

Three players were contesting an all spade flop of Q52. The button bet 900, Thomas Boivin called in the big blind and the third player in early position gave it up.

The turn was the 6. Both players checked to the 6 river card.

The turn 6 brought in a possible front door flush and Hutter checked before his opponent bet 3,100. Hutter then check-raised to 10,000 and his opponent called after some consideration.

The river A saw both players quickly check.

Hutter revealed his AK for top pair and his opponent mucked.
