Derkowski Eliminates Another

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Grzegorz Derkowski opened the small blind to 90,000 and Greg Himmelbrand three-bet to 270,000. Dewkowski called.

Derkowski open-shipped the A47 flop, and Himmelbrand called off his last 300,000 chips.

Grzegorz Derkowski: KJ75

Himmelbrand was in the lead but his hand couldn't hold up as Dewkowski improved to two pair on the 35 runout.

The 976510 run out was no help for Frank as he headed to the payout desk.

Weisman Flops Two Pair

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

A flop of 27A saw Nir Cohen check-call a 90,000-chip bet from Dylan Weisman.

On the 3 turn, both players checked to see a 5 hit the river. Cohen checked again but was then faced with a much-larger bet from Weisman of 270,000. After some time thinking, Cohen did drop in the call.

Weisman announced "ace-seven" before he flipped over AJ87 for two pair and Cohen mucked.

Zampas Runs into Klepikov's Full House

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

With about 400,000 in the middle, the turn read KKJ8, and Andreas Zampas bet 260,000. Vladislav Klepikov was the only opponent in the hand and made the call.

When the 9 landed on the river, both players tapped the table. Zampas announced ace-high and tabled AxQx7x4x before Klepikov took down the pot with a flopped full house, showing QJJ5.

Ashby Takes from Brar

The dealer spread a flop of AKJ and Ashby led for 25,000. Brar called.

The A turn, and the 5 river were checked through and Ashby tabled A1084 for trip aces before Brar mucked.

Derkowski Gets Blood From a Stone

The board read 7JAK and all the chips were in the middle with Matthew Stone being the at-risk player.

Stone had turned a set of kings and had to fade the straight draw of Derkowski but never managed it as the Q rolled off on the river which eliminated Stone.

Zable Picks off Rheem

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

John Zable bet 100,000 into the pot of about 165,000 on the K539 turn, and Chino Rheem made the call.

When the J landed on the river, Zable checked and Rheem bet 200,000.

Zable gave it about a minute of thought before making the call and tabled KK42 for top set. Rheem's cards flung into the muck.

Parry Gets Rheem to Pay

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Matthew Parry raised from the cutoff to 65,000 and Chino Rheem called from the big blind.

The action was checked all the way to the river on the 345QQ board and Parry fired a bet of 105,000.

"I'm trying to think what you bet with that I can beat," remarked Rheem.

Eventually, Rheem did toss in a call but was shown some bad news as Parry tabled Q1084 for a full house and he took the pot.
