Life Outside Poker w/ Connor Richards is a new podcast for PokerNews that focuses on poker players with successful careers and lives outside of poker.

For the third episode, Connor spoke with high-stakes poker player, politician and entrepreneur Antanas "Tony G" Guoga. In the interview, Tony G spoke about growing up in Lithuania, founding PokerNews in the early 2000s, getting into European politics later in life and his favorite televised poker moments.

He also opened up about clashing with players like Phil Hellmuth in televised games and even issued a heads-up challenge to the Poker Brat. Will Hellmuth take him on, or is he, like Tony G said, "afraid to ever play me again?"

Tamas Lendvai raised from middle position and was called by the Stephen Winters in the small blind and a player in the big blind.

The flop came 10♦9♦3♠, both players checked to Lendvai who bet 1,300,000. Winters called and the big blind folded.

Action checked through on the J♥ turn card and the and the 6♦ river card. Winters tabled 4♦2♦, and commented to a frustrated Lendvai, "I'm a defender man, we all got our deficiencies."

Winter's stack is one of the bigger ones remaining in the field.

A player raised to 1,200,000 in early position, and Lian Siqi called out of the big blind after action folded to her.

The dealer fanned 6♣5♦2♠ on the flop, which Siqi checked. Her opponent then bet 2,500,000, which drew a call.

The K♦ appeared on the turn, prompting another check from Siqi. Her opponent, then moved all-in to put himself at risk because Siqi covered him.

After a brief moment, Siqi called and the cards were tabled.

Siqi was behind on the flop, but her check-call was rewarded on the turn with the card she needed to take the lead.

Siqi still had to dodge her opponent’s gut-shot straight draw and any of the two remaining fours, but 8♠ on the river gave her the win and sent her opponent packing.
