Hoyt Flops the Nuts and Quarters the Defending Champ

David Bach in early position raised and was called by the small blind Bruce Hoyt. Then Yuri Dzivielevski put in a raise from the big blind, which both Bach and Hoyt called.

The flop came 589 and Hoyt lead out for a bet. Dzivielevski then put in a raise, before Bach went all in for 29,000. Hoyt then raised again to 36,000, which Dzivielevski called.

Dzivielevski then called bets on the 3 turn and 3 river. Hoyt turned over A762 for a straight and then nut low with ace-deuce. Dzivielevski tabled A772 to chop the low hand with ace-deuce, leaving him quartered.

The all-in player Bach showed AA44 which was not good enough to beat the straight of Bach, or the low of either player, and he was eliminated.

On the turn was the A and after Bach checked to Schwartz, he bet. Bach then elected to raise the bet, and Schwartz made the call.

The river was the A and Bach lead out for a bet. Schwartz then raised all in for 40,000 and Bach made the call.

Schwartz tabled AA for four aces and secured the double up. Bach then showed Q10 for the Broadway straight, which had been the nuts on the turn.
