Iati Takes Out Two

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Middle position raised preflop to 2,000 and got three calls from Rocco Iati in the hijack, small blind and big blind.

Players saw a KQ9 flop and the blinds checked to middle position who continuation-bet to 5,000. Iati called and the small blind jammed for 39,000. The big blind got out of the way, but middle position called for their entire 28,00 stack and so did Iati.

Middle position: KxQxAll in
Small blind: KxJxAll in
Rocco Iati: A8

Middle position was ahead on the flop with two pair but the other two were looking to improve.

Rocco Iati flopped the flush draw which was within touching distance when the 3 turn card brought it in, and the 4 river completed the board.

Iati knocked out two players in the hand and scooped up two players' stacks, putting him on around three times starting stack.
