Aakash Karki opened the action with a raise to 1,800 from early position. The middle position player and big blind both made the call.

Players went three ways to a rainbow AQ5 flop and Karki continued for 2,000. Only middle position called.

Karki fired 4,500 on the 9 turn and his opponent called once again.

The 10 river hit the felt completing the backdoor flush and Karki sized up to 13,000. His opponent flicked in a chip for a call and Karki tabled 74 to scoop the pot.

Kassin Picks Off His Opponent on the River

Both players checked to the river as the full board now read K98103.

The small blind led out for 1,000 and Kassin made a quick call, placing the chip in front of his opponent as if he expected to lose the pot. However, the small blind tabled 85 for a pair of eights, while Kassin won this pot with Q9 for a pair of nines.

Sugito With the Better Straight

An early position player raised to 1,300 and the button and Ryutaro Sugita on the big blind both called. The flop came out with 810Q and all the players checked.

On the turn J the big blind checked, as well as the button and the original raiser bet out 2,300. Sugita reraised to 35,000 with the superior stack and the early position player moved the rest of his chips for 8,000 and the button folded.
