The player in the hijack raised to 300 and Joe Mirabile on the button and the small blind both came along for the ride. The ride was 3♠3♣K♣ and everyone checked.
The turn 9♠ also brought checks all around.
On the river 6♦ the hijack attempted a bet to 1,000 and received a quick call from Mirabile.
The player in the hijack revealed, J♦10♣ and Mirabile turned over 6♥9♥ for two pair and the win.
Dean Zander was in early position and raised by accident as he placed two chips in and it counted as raise. He stated, "I meant to call". The player in the hijack three-bet to 400 and the button and Zander both made the call.
The flop came out as 9♣10♠6♠ and Zander led out with 500 and the hijack and the button both called.
On the turn 4♠ Zander led again for 1,200 and the hijack raised to 3,000. Zander made the call.
The river was the 2♥ and Zander bet again for 3,000 and the hijack reraised to 8,000. Zander called.
The hijack turned over A♣A♥ and Zander turned over K♠5♠ for the flush which cracked the aces.
The player in middle position raised to 300. Eloy Rios, in the cutoff, three-bet to 1,200 and Eric Lekuch cold called on the button. The original raiser folded.
The K♥Q♣7♠ flop checked through to the 6♦ on the turn. Rios put out a delayed continuation for 1,200 and Lekuch called.
The J♥ river checked to a showdown. Rois rolled over A♠A♥ for an overpair to the board, but much to the whole table's surprise Lekuch flipped his cards to reveal A♣A♦ for a chopped pot.
Rio laughed as he asked where were the fireworks preflop.
