Ishibashi Sends Carroll to the Rail

James Carroll's stack of around 55,000 was at risk as he committed the chips to the pot preflop and was put at risk by Dai Ishibashi.

Bin Weng raised the cutoff to 6,000 and Punnat Punsri shoved from the small blind. Kyungtae Min was in the big blind and committed his short stack of a few big blinds, and Weng made the call which put both at risk.

Weng was in the lead but the hand was over by the time the flop was dealt as Punsri flopped the nuts on the 732 board. Everybody ended the hand with a flush as the runout of 95 put five diamonds on board, but Punsri held the winner which eliminated Min.

Tony Dunst opened the action with a raise to 6,000 from the hijack. Andres Gonzalez moved all in for 38,500 and Dunst quickly called.

Reard Off to a Good Start

Andrews added a lot of outs on the J3Q flop and even more on the 2 turn. However, the 3 river was a brick which meant Andrews was sent to the rail early on Day 2.

Reard, who bought in at the start of Day 2, has already tripled his stack.
