Rietmann Catches the River to Eliminate Opponent

Action started with an open from the cutoff player to 700, which was three-bet by the small blind to 3,000. Flavio Rietmann cold called the raise in the big blind, and the original raiser also called.

The flop was 5♠10♠7♥. Small blind went all in for about 9,600, and Rietmann went all in for around 18,000. Cutoff folded.

Rietmann had two overcards and a flush draw. The turn 6♦ did not help him, but the river was the Q♣ and he was able to eliminate his opponent.

The big blind bet 2,300 on the K♠ turn. Baker called and they headed to a river.

The A♣ river saw the big blind bet 11,500. Baker instantly moved all in for 34,300, and after a few moments, the big blind called. Baker showed A♠A♦ for the nut full house to win the pot.

The action checked to the hijack on the 9♠9♥6♥ flop and he bet out for 2,000. Only the initial raiser Lee made the call.

Scott Drobes and his tablemates told PokerNews of a crazy hand that had just happened.

The table had agreed to a round of straddles, Colin Robinson topened to 3,300 from the cutoff. Drobes then three-bet to 10,300 out of the straddle. Robinson four-bet shoved for roughly 50,000 and Drobes snapped him off.

The flop came 10♠8♠6♣ giving Robinson a huge amount of outs to win the pot. The Q♣ turn was one of those outs to take the lead. However, the 9x on the river that wasn't a spade, gave both players a straight resulting in a chop, which seemed to be a result both players were happy with.
