Lewis Finds a Double

After an open by a player in middle position, Romain Lewis in the big blind shoved for 29,000. The middle position called, took his phone to film the action and eventually flipped over his cards. "Slowroll," some players at the table joked.

Lewis was on the edge of elimination after the flop of 6♠7♠7♥. However, he was lucky enough to hit two pair with the A♥10♠ runout and doubled up.

On the A♦3♦2♥ flop, Noguera bet 7,000 and Acevedo made a small raise to 17,000. Noguera chose not to continue as he folded his hand, which awarded the pot to Acevedo.

Matas Cimbolas opened the hijack and was faced with a three-bet from Jun Obara on the button to 14,000. Cimbolas then four-bet and called the shove of Obara who had around 70,000 chips.

Cimbolas paired his ace on the 7♥A♣8♦ flop which left Obara with two outs.

Obara failed with his first chance as the 2♣ changed nothing, but was successful with the second as he improved to a set on the 10♣ river to keep him alive.

Sedlak Folds to Jain's River Bet

Martin Sedlak opened from middle position to 8,000 and Chander Jain called from the hijack. Huihan Wu also came along from the big blind.

The flop came J♣6♣A♦ which Wu checked, and Sedlak bet 9,000. Both Jain and Wu called.

On the 9♦ turn, it checked to Jain who bet 23,000, and only Sedlak called.

When the 10♠ completed the board, Sedlak checked it over to Jain who made a bet of 38,000. Sedlak thought it over but eventually made the fold.

After Gün and Ketzer checked the 5♦7♦A♣ flop, the middle-position player bet 8,000. Gün was the only one two call.

Both players checked the Q♠ turn leading to the 4♠ river where Gün led out for 15,000 with 9♦6♦ for a missed flush draw. His opponent called with Q♣J♣ for a pair and scooped the pot.

Boi Delivers a Double Elimination

Paolo Boi raised under the gun to 13,000 and Daniel De Almeida shoved from the button for 57,000. Aristeidis Moschonas called out of the small blind, then Boi shoved all in. Moschonas had around 175,000 chips total and made the call.

Moschonas was the favorite to more than double up but the odds flipped in Boi's favor as the 8♣K♠J♥ flop improved him to middle set. Almeida had a gutshot but he was drawing dead by the time the 8♦ turn had been revealed as Boi improved to a full house.

Only a queen on the river could save Moschonas but the 4♠ wasn't what he needed which meant Boi took the pot and delivered a double elimination.
