Sedlak Folds to Jain's River Bet

Level 14 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Martin Sedlak opened from middle position to 8,000 and Chander Jain called from the hijack. Huihan Wu also came along from the big blind.

The flop came J6A which Wu checked, and Sedlak bet 9,000. Both Jain and Wu called.

On the 9 turn, it checked to Jain who bet 23,000, and only Sedlak called.

When the 10 completed the board, Sedlak checked it over to Jain who made a bet of 38,000. Sedlak thought it over but eventually made the fold.

Obara Binks the River to Survive

Matas Cimbolas opened the hijack and was faced with a three-bet from Jun Obara on the button to 14,000. Cimbolas then four-bet and called the shove of Obara who had around 70,000 chips.

Cimbolas paired his ace on the 7A8 flop which left Obara with two outs.

Obara failed with his first chance as the 2 changed nothing, but was successful with the second as he improved to a set on the 10 river to keep him alive.

Acevedo Raises the Flop

Nicolas Noguera raised to 13,000 from the small blind and Michael Acevedo called from the big blind.

On the A32 flop, Noguera bet 7,000 and Acevedo made a small raise to 17,000. Noguera chose not to continue as he folded his hand, which awarded the pot to Acevedo.

Lewis Finds a Double

After an open by a player in middle position, Romain Lewis in the big blind shoved for 29,000. The middle position called, took his phone to film the action and eventually flipped over his cards. "Slowroll," some players at the table joked.

Lewis was on the edge of elimination after the flop of 677. However, he was lucky enough to hit two pair with the A10 runout and doubled up.

Barker Gets Paid on the River

With 20,000 chips in the pot, both Brian Barker and Kharlin Sued checked the turn on a board of 2843.

On the 2 river, Barker bet 13,000, and Sued made the call after around a minute.

Barker tabled 98 which won him the pot as Sued mucked his hand.
