Michael Vela opened the action with a raise to 175,000 from under the gun. Arie Kliper called in the hijack, Bruno Lopes called on the button, which brought along Mark Checkwicz from the small blind.

Checkwicz led out for 250,000 on a 867 flop and Vela made the call. Kliper bumped things up to 960,000 before Lopes moved all in for 9,100,000. Action was back on Checkwicz, who called all in for 4,400,000. Kliper went deep into the tank but eventually folded.
