Ibanez Doubles Through Bowers

Level 16 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

In a duel big blind versus button, Johann Ibanez defended and then check-called three times on a board of K62Q6. The final bet of Jonathan Bowers on the button was worth 175,000 and Ibanez called all-in for 129,000.

While all other tables were still to finish their hands, it was already quite obvious that Ibanez was going to double up as pointed out by another player at the table.

When it was time for the showdown, Ibanez revealed the K1096 for sixes full of kings and it was good enough versus Bowers' 8742.
