Level 15 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Eelis Pärssinen raised it up to 20,000 and a short stack then three-bet the pot to 75,000 with one chip behind. The initial raiser went over the top and the cards were on their backs moments later when the short stack called.

Pärssinen's K988 were trailing versus AA96 but the aces were cracked on the QJ410K runout.

Justin Smith

After losing a couple of small pots in a row, Justin Smith got back to winning ways to keep his stack hanging steady as the bubble approaches.

Smith opened to 17,000 from the cutoff and received a call from a player in the big blind.

Action checked through the 9J5 flop to the 7 turn where the big blind checked again. Smith took the opportunity to bet, making it 30,000 to call. His opponent did not immediately fold but eventually mucked their holding to send the pot over to Smith.

Morton Gets One Through Boeken

Level 15 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Noah Boeken had open-raised preflop and had called a pot-sized three-bet by Michael Morton to create a pot of 160,000 chips.

Boeken then checked from early position to Morton in the cutoff, who bet all in for 103,000 chips on the flop of K72.

Boeken thought it over for a while, deliberating whether he would "give Morton a bad beat or not."

Eventually, he laid it down and Morton showed AKQ10 for top pair and the nut flush draw.

Parssinen's Nuts See Action

Level 15 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Eelis Parssinen raised to 20,000 in middle position and was called by the player in the hijack. The flop fell 894 and Parssinen bet 25,000, seeing a call from his opponent.

On the 3 turn, Parsinnen sized up to 110,000, the size of the pot, and once again received a call.

The 7 then completed the river, on which Parssinen bet 330,000. His opponent took a few moments, but ultimately pushed in a call.

Parsinnen showed AQ83 for the nut flush, and his opponent's cards flew into the muck.
