Okamoto Getting Closer
Level 29
: Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Shiina Okamoto has been getting better hands a bit more since the start of the heads-up, getting chip stacks close to even.
She got the closest so far after raising K♦5♣ from the button and getting a defend from Jamie Kerstetter in the big blind with 8♦5♠.
The flop was 6♥8♥Q♠ and got checked around.
The turn was the K♥, turning tables once again and giving Okamoto the advantage. After another check from Kerstetter, she bet 375,000. Kerstetter called.
The river was the Q♥, the fourth heart, and both players checked. Okamoto showed the winner and took down the pot, bringing the chip-gap down to just 1,000,000 chips
