Several players bowed out within a few minutes and among them was also Stephen Chidwick, who saw his hopes vanish in a clash with Tom Dwan.

Chidwick was at risk with a short stack holding the A♥A♠10♣3♣. Dwan was trailing with the A♣K♠Q♥J♦ but the 10♥9♠8♦8♠Q♦ runout gave Dwan a straight.

Lehmanski Makes a Flush to Double Through Harder

Max Lehmanski limped from the cutoff and Christian Harder raised to 135,000 on the button. Action folded back to Lehmanski, who called.

The flop came 3♠10♠Q♦ and Lehmanski bet the size of the pot. Harder shoved to put Lehmanski all in and Lehmanski called all in for 385,000 total.

Tomer Daniel raised and earned a call from Matthew Kolibas. Tom-Aksel Bedell then three-bet the pot and Daniel went all-in over the top to force out Kolibas.

"My hand is not so good, but ..." Bedell said and called all-in, then added "I have spades and diamonds" when he exposed the A♦K♠3♠2♦. Daniel had hearts and clubs with the A♣K♥8♥8♣ and they ended up chopping on the 7♠7♣6♦Q♦K♣ runout.

Rast Surges Into the Chip Lead After Eliminating Nakache

On a flop of 6♥4♥2♣, Elie Nakache checked, Brian Rast bet 115,000, Nakache check-raised to 400,000, and Rast called.

The turn brought an 8♦ and Nakache potted it for 1,145,000. Rast wasted no time in shoving all in, and Nakache called off the remaining 150,000 chips that he had behind.
