Garma Takes From Helppi

Three ways on a 7K5 flop, Juha Helppi checked from the big blind, Eric Garma checked in the cutoff, and Aaron Katz checked on the button.

Helppi led out for 150,000 on the 6 turn, and only Garma called.

The K completed the board, and Helppi checked to Garma, who fired 325,000 into the middle. Helppi let his hand go without much thought, and Garma collected the pot.

On a board of J896 with around 400,000 chips in the pot, Noah Schwartz bet 175,000 on the turn, and Anuj [Removed:550] made the call.

An A landed on the river, and Schwartz shoved all in for 780,000. [Removed:550] had some thinking to do but eventually laid his hand down.

Schwartz showed the 7 as he raked in the pot.

Pham Goes Bet-Bet-Shove

Tomer Daniel opened from middle position to 40,000 and Cong Pham made it 140,000 from the hijack. It folded back around to Daniel, who made the call.

On the flop of 7AJ, Daniel check-called a bet of 175,000 from Pham.

The turn brought a 3 and after Daniel checked, Pham fired 600,000. Daniel thought for some time but did eventually call.

A 5 completed the runout and Daniel checked for a third time, and Pham shoved. Daniel had 750,000 chips behind but didn't put them at risk as he immediately folded.

Pärssinen Gets Some Chips Back

Earlier today, Eelis Pärssinen had been running hot and claimed the top spot on the leaderboard. The last hour has not been as kind as the Finn dropped back in the middle of the pack.

In a four-way limped pot to the 642 flop on which David Eldridge bet 125,000 in the big blind. Erick Lindgren called in the cutoff only for Pärssinen to raise the pot to 570,000. Two folds later, the pot was sent to Pärssinen.

The 2 fell in the turn and Miller checked again. Lehmanski announced a pot-sized bet of 530,000 and Miller moved all in. Lehmanski called all in for 975,000 total and hands were revealed.

Sharma and Schwartz Chip Up

Noah Schwartz limped in from under the gun and Jake White then raised to 180,000 in the hijack. It folded back to Schwartz and he raised the pot to force out White.

Shaurabh Sharma defended the big blind against Erick Lindgren and checked the Q54 flop for Lindgren to bet 90,000. Sharma then check-raised the pot for almost half of his stack and that got rid of Lindgren as well.

Tarango Shoves in Five-Way Pot

Richard Gryko raised to 210,000 first-to-act and was called by Tom Dwan from directly behind, Phil Ivey in the hijack, Alex Livingston in the cutoff, and Billy Tarango on the button.

Gryko checked to Dwan, who bet 175,000 on the KQ4 flop. Ivey folded, and Livingston called. Tarango then shoved for 1,475,000, and everyone folded back to Livingston, who burned up a few time extensions before sending his hand into the muck as well.
