Pham Falls to Helppi

Level 21 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Cong Pham opened to 125,000 on the button and then called after Juha Helppi potted to 400,000 out of the big blind.

Helppi continued for 100,000 on the 6Q4 flop. Pham made the call.

There was no slowing down for Helppi following the 3 turn as he cut out a bet to 200,000. Again, Pham decided to flat.

The Q river saw Helppi go for his opponent's entire stack by betting enough to force Pham all in. Pham did not immediately call, nor he did he appear particularly thrilled with the situation at hand. Nevertheless, he did eventually commit his remaining chips to the pot only to be shown the nuts by Helppi, who held AAJ2 to force Pham out of the tournament.
