Billy Tarango opened to 300,000 from under the gun and received calls from Matthew Kolibas in the hijack and David Eldridge in the big blind.
The flop came 10♣8♣8♥. Eldridge checked, Tarango bet 500,000, Kolibas called and Eldridge got out of the way.
On the 3♥ turn Tarango continued with a bet of 900,000. Kolibas moved all in for around 2,750,000 and Tarango, who had his opponent slightly covered, made the call.
Matthew Kolibas: K♥10♥9♠7♠
Billy Tarango: K♠10♠10♦6♥
Kolibas was drawing dead on the turn against Tarango's flopped full house and after the Q♥ river was dealt he made his exit from the tournament area while Tarango dragged in nearly a full double up.
In the last hand of the level, Tyler Stafman raised the pot to 280,000 with 140,000 behind from under the gun. Sandhy Sitepu called on the button and the blinds folded.
On the Q♣J♠8♦ flop, Stafman checked the tournament clock and then bet 135,000 with one chip behind. Sitepu raised and Stafman used his 30 seconds shot clock before calling all in as the tournament was on a pay jump.
Tyler Stafman: A♣J♣10♥3♥
Sandhy Sitepu: Q♦J♦10♠8♥
Sitepu was ahead with the top two pair but the 2♥ turn and 9♦ river gave both the queen-high straight for the chop.
The final 16 players have been moved to the two side feature tables of the Thunderdome and their new seat assignments as well as updated counts can be found below.
In the last hand before the redraw of the final two tables, Sandhy Sitepu repotted to 1,220,000 and Maxi Lehmanski called in the cutoff. They got it in after the 10♣7♠3♠ flop with Sitepu at risk for 250,000.
Sandhy Sitepu: A♥A♦K♣6♠
Maxi Lehmanski: K♥K♦8♠7♥
The 6♥ turn and 3♣ river changed nothing as Sitepu doubled.
Alex Livingston opened to 280,000 from the hijack, Eelis Pärssinen three-bet to 960,000 from the cutoff, and Livingston moved all in for a bit more. Pärssinen made the call to put Livingston at risk.
"I have a Hi-Lo hand again" Livingston commented before hands were tabled.
Alex Livingston: A♦Q♦3♠2♠
Eelis Pärssinen: K♥K♦9♠5♦
The board ran out K♠K♣8♦8♥3♦. Pärssinenhad flopped quads leaving Livingston drawing dead and he took the pot while Livingston's deep run came to an end in 17th place.
Picking up the action on the turn, David Eldridge on the button was involved in a hand with Tyler Stafman in the big blind.
With the board reading 10♥3♣7♣3♦ Stafman checked before raising to 550,000 after Eldridge bet 250,000. Eldridge made the call.
The river came K♥, prompting Stafman to check. Eldridge moved all in with the covering stack, which did not sit well with Stafman. After thinking for some time, Stafman laid down his hand to leave himself short.
Yang Wang raised to 280,000 on the button and was called only by Sandhy Sitepu in the small blind. The flop came A♠K♦5♠ and Sitepu checked for Wang to bet 450,000.
Sitepu checked his remaining stack carefully, used one time bank extension and folded.
