Naoya Kihara raised to 1,000 in early position and the small blind called. Clinton Branchen then three-bet to 3,000 in the big blind, Kihara moved all in, and the small blind folded. Branchen, though, quickly called off his last 15,000.

Branchen had woken up with kings and was a favorite to double up as the flop came 3♠2♥3♥. The rest of the board came 9♥5♣ and Branchen doubled up.
Action was on the turn with a board that read A♣A♠8♣J♦. Nichlaus Staker moved all in for about 20,000 and was called by Curtis Nare,

The river was the 5♠ and Staker was eliminated while Nare took all of his chips.
Phil Galfond opened to 1,200 from early position and received calls from a player in middle position and Charles Kersey in the big blind.
The flop came J♣J♦5♦. Kersey checked, Galfond bet 1,400, the player in middle position folded and Kersey called.
Both remaining players checked the J♥ turn leading to the 4♣ river. Kersey bet 5,000 and after taking a minute to consider his decision Galfond made the call.
Kersey tabled a full house with 9♥5♥ and Galfond mucked.
